Marsh McLennan’s incoming president and CEO John Doyle is set to receive an annual base salary of $1.4mn effective January 1, the company disclosed in an SEC filing.

The new group CEO will also be eligible for an annual bonus with a target of $3.5mn, commencing with the 2023 performance year (awarded in 2024).
