SiriusPoint has called off its planned Lloyd’s managing agent sale to Mosaic, SiriusPoint CEO Scott Egan has said.

The two parties agreed the deal in March this year.

“Following SiriusPoint’s announcement about a proposed partnership with Mosaic, we have served notice to terminate the transaction,” SiriusPoint CEO Scott Egan said.
