Former Global Indemnity CEO David Charlton is set to collect a $750,000 severance package following his departure from the company, according to a recent 8-K filing.

Under the terms of the separation agreement, the amount will be paid in three installments of $250,000. The Pennsylvania-based insurer said Charlton received the first $250,000 payment within 10 days of his effective resignation date.
