ISS and Glass Lewis urge shareholders to vote with Argo on directors

Proxy advisory firms ISS and Glass Lewis have recommended that Argo shareholders vote for the company’s seven director nominees at its 15 December annual general meeting (AGM), according to a statement from the insurer.

At the same time, the company’s largest shareholder, Voce Capital Management – with which Argo has clashed over leadership in the past – has voted with the company on the nominees.
