Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has promoted Cathy Miller to head of North America property, in conjunction with several other promotions within the team.

In her new role, the executive will oversee the insurer’s general property, energy, builder’s risk and marine business in the US and Canada.
