Munich Re US P&C CEO Anthony Kuczinski is set to retire at year end, and will take on the role of strategic adviser, effective January 1.

The reinsurer will not name a successor to Kuczinski, as it is planning an organizational restructuring in which some of Kuczinski’s responsibilities will be transferred to a new board of management division, named Global Specialty Insurance (GSI).
