Cyber InsurTech MGA Coalition has sold its small commercial agency Attune to workers’ compensation specialist Pinnacol Assurance only over a year after buying it, according to sources.

Following the transaction, which closed on Wednesday, Attune will continue to exclusively offer Coalition’s cyber and ER products on its platform for a multi-year period, this publication understands.
