Allstate stock price drops 7% after preliminary Q4 earnings disclosure

Allstate shares plunged more than 7% on Thursday afternoon compared to yesterday’s close, after the carrier estimated a 10-point increase in its Q4 2022 combined ratio to 109.1%.

The personal lines carrier’s stock was trading hands at $123.55 per share around 13:00 ET, which marked a 7.6%
