UFG board member Skogman to retire in May after 22 years

United Fire Group (UFG) has announced that Kyle Skogman will retire from its board of directors following the company’s annual shareholder meeting on May 17.

After Skogman’s departure, the UFG board will consist of 11 members. His retirement complies with UFG’s bylaws, which state that every director should submit their resignation after the age of 72.
