Private P&C broker and benefits consultant NFP has promoted Lauren Kim to managing director and head of the financial institutions group (FIG) within its specialty unit.

In addition, the New York-based broker appointed Marc Tauber to lead FIG’s broking and advisory team, Patrick O’Neill to head large accounts and Justin Corey to oversee FIG’s business development.
