Travelers to take 20% quota share of Fidelis book: CFO Frey

Travelers CFO Dan Frey has said that Travelers agreed to take a 20% quota share on policies issued by Fidelis with effective dates in 2023.

On a call with analysts, the executive detailed that the company's portion of net written premiums from Fidelis is expected to be around $550mn to $600mn for the full year.
