AIG has agreed to pay recently terminated AIG interim CFO Mark Lyons $7.5mn in severance, split between mid-February 2023 and 2024.

It is understood that Lyons was set to retire from the company in the summer, but yesterday, the company disclosed that it terminated Lyons, saying he violated his confidentiality/non-disclosure obligations to the firm.
