CNA Financial CEO Dino Robusto said the insurer is capitalizing on the current market conditions for property after January 1 renewals by increasing rates and pushing for better terms and conditions.

“Everything we are seeing is certainly indicating that we are entering another significant correction period, and we are leveraging this mini hard market,” he told analysts during the carrier’s Q4 earnings call.
