Ratings agency Demotech has said Florida legislative reform over the past two years has revised the “rules of engagement” in the state’s residential property insurance market.

Demotech’s CEO Joseph Petrelli said: “Governor DeSantis, Senate President Kathleen Passidomo and House Speaker Paul Renner have accumulated an impressive series of meaningful reforms.”
