ProAssurance CoR rises 7.2 points to 104.2% in Q4, offset by workers' comp improvement

ProAssurance reported a 7.2-point increase in its Q4 headline combined ratio to 104.2%, driven by its specialty P&C and Lloyd's syndicates segments compared to the fourth quarter of 2021.

The deterioration of combined ratios in those segments was offset by the improved results in the workers' compensation segment.
