Segmentation is ‘key facet of our competitive prices’: Progressive CEO

Progressive CEO Tricia Griffith has said that competitors are raising rates, with some catching up and even exceeding the carrier, but that her company’s “superior segmentation” will help with retention and growth.

On an investor call with analysts, the executive said, “We’re in just a different position because we got out in front of it, so there’s a lot of ambient shopping which is really efficient for us”.
