Skyward Specialty’s Q4 adjusted combined ratio dropped two points to 92.8% in the company’s first set of reported results after it began publicly trading on the Nasdaq in January.

Skyward priced its IPO at $15 per share to raise ~$134.3mn, as the process involved 8.95 million shares in total.
