Ryan Specialty CFO Jeremiah Bickham has elaborated that most of the charges and savings related to the company’s new restructuring program, “Accelerate 2025”, will come from operations and technology optimization.

In tandem with its Q4 results, the broker announced the launch of the two-year restructuring program, which involves optimizing operations and technology and compensation and benefits, as well as asset impairment and other termination costs.
