Skyward Specialty Insurance is aiming to expand its hiring within professional lines and surety in 2023 but plans a slowdown of overall headcount increases compared with last year, CEO Andrew Robinson has said.

Robinson was speaking on the insurer’s first quarterly earnings call after it started trading on the Nasdaq last January.
