Root CFO and treasurer Robert Bateman has been terminated for cause, including violation of company policies, effective immediately.

Megan Binkley has been named interim CFO and treasurer of Root. Binkley previously served as the company’s deputy CFO, chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer.
