Heritage adds Whiting to board of directors

Tampa-based carrier Heritage has appointed Paul Whiting to its board of directors to fill a recent vacancy, effective immediately.

The executive has served as president of investment firm Seabreeze since 1997.

Before that, he held various positions at Spalding & Evenflo, including CEO, chairman and CFO.
