AIG’s Jerry Jurgensen has retired from the carrier’s board of directors and will not stand for re-election at the annual meeting in May.

Jurgensen has served on AIG’s board since 2013.

The executive was previously CEO of Nationwide Financial Services from 2000 to 2009.
