Ryan Specialty’s wholesale MGU WKFC Underwriting Managers has promoted Ravi Singhvi to president and Joan Bauer to chief operating officer, both effective immediately.

Singhvi most recently served as the company’s COO. He joined WKFC in 2018 from AJ Gallagher where he last worked as vice president of analytics.
