Howden Tiger has promoted head of structured reinsurance Seth Ruff to the additional role of head of legacy, as the legacy and investment banking divisions join under common management.

In the new structure, the legacy and investment banking divisions will report to Jarad Madea, CEO of Howden Tiger Capital Markets & Advisory (HTCMA).
