AmTrust International taps former Canopius Group CFO to board

AmTrust International has named Nigel Meyer to its board as an independent non-executive director, chair of its audit committee and whistleblowing champion.

Meyer was previously CFO at Canopius Group and group chief operating officer at Brit Insurance.

Additionally, Peter Farrell has joined AmTrust International Underwriters DAC as CFO/head of investments, and has been appointed to its board, pending local regulatory approval.
