Marsh McLennan has appointed Judith Hartmann and Ray Young to its board of directors, bringing the number of directors on the company’s board to 15.

Marsh said the appointments, with backgrounds spanning energy, publishing and agriculture, brought diverse experience in international financial operations.

Hartmann has a background in energy, serving as deputy CEO and CFO of international energy services company ENGIE from 2015 until 2022.
