United Insurance Holdings delays 10-K filing following UPC receivership

United Insurance Holdings (UIHC) has said that it will not be able to file its 2022 10-K within the prescribed period “without unreasonable effort or expense”.

United said it will require additional time to finalize its financial statements and disclosures “related to subsequent events” and to allow its accounting firm to complete related procedures.
