Ryan Specialty has promoted Brenda Austenfeld and Chris Houska to CEO and president of their respective RT Specialty practices in national property and casualty, effective immediately.

For both, the CEO position was added to their existing roles as president.

Austenfeld joined RT Specialty in 2013 with the acquisition of Westrope, where she was a partner.
