AM Best has affirmed the financial strength rating of A- (excellent) and the long-term issue credit ratings of a- (excellent) for SiriusPoint’s operating subsidiaries.

In addition, the rating agency affirmed the long-term ICR of bbb- (good) for SiriusPoint, the non-operating holding company, and the long-term issue credit rating of bbb- (good) on the Bermudian’s $115mn, 7% senior unsecured notes due 2025.
