Hub International sells minority stake to Leonard Green at $23bn valuation

Hub International has entered into an agreement with Los Angeles-based private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners to receive a “substantial” minority investment with an enterprise valuation of $23bn.

Inside P&C revealed in late March that Leonard Green was one of the two remaining parties in the process, with an enterprise value of under $25bn, based on bids of ~16x just under $1.5bn
