United Insurance postpones 10-Q filing after deconsolidation of UPC

United Insurance Holdings (UIHC) was unable to file its form 10-Q for Q1 2023 within the prescribed time period.

The carrier said it will require additional time to finalize its financial statements and disclosures, and to allow the company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete related procedures.
