Swiss Re has announced its withdrawal from the Net-Zero Insurance Alliance (NZIA) in a further blow to the increasingly fragile insurance sustainability alliance.

The reinsurer became the fourth major player to leave the organisation, following Munich Re, Zurich and Hannover Re.
