AIG has elevated Tania Marcial to head of casualty at its Miami-based facultative reinsurance desk, this publication can reveal.

Sources said Marcial will take over the position left vacant after the departure of Juan Costa, who moved to Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) as casualty vice president based in Atlanta earlier this year.
