Bermudian carrier Hamilton Insurance Group is considering an IPO as it analyses its strategic options, according to a report from Reuters.

The news agency reported that Hamilton’s discussions over a private or public sale with potential advisers were preliminary in nature, and any capital event would be more likely in the wake of this year’s hurricane season.
