AIG has closed the spin-out of its $1.4bn-premium US high-net-worth (HNW) operation Private Client Group (PCG) with private equity house Stone Point.

In addition, the insurer completed the $240mn sale of its agribusiness unit Crop Risk Services to American Financial Group.
