AM Best upgrades Fairfax-owned Odyssey Group’s financial strength rating to A+

AM Best has upgraded Odyssey Group’s financial strength rating to A+ (superior) and long-term issue credit ratings to “aa-“ (superior), in recognition of parent company Fairfax’s improved financials.

Previously, Odyssey Group subsidiaries had an FSR of A (excellent) and long-term ICRs of “a+” (excellent). The outlook assigned to the updated ratings is stable.
