Marsh McLennan-owned MGA Victor has appointed Ashleigh Cashman as president of International Catastrophe Insurance Managers (Icat), its US property cat arm.

Cashman is a 20-year Icat veteran and has held the roles of senior vice president, regional executive officer and CUO.
