Chubb North American property rates climbed 22% overall in the second quarter, CEO Evan Greenberg told analysts on Wednesday, as the executive said his firm would deploy more capacity in the space to take advantage of market conditions.

Pricing in NA property overall was up 31.5%, with exposure change of 7.8%. By division, middle market property premiums grew 11.4%,
