Activist Starboard further trims position in WTW to ~0.5%

The activist shareholder owned nearly 509,000 WTW shares – or around 0.5% of the broking firm – at the end of Q2, compared with over 1.8 million shares in Q1 – approximately 1.7% of the company.

The investor’s stake in WTW is now valued at roughly $120mn, while its position the prior quarter was worth around $423mn, according to its Q1 13-F filed with the SEC.
