The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) has approved Mainsail Insurance Company, according to an official notice.

It is the second P&C insurer to receive approval from the OIR this year, as the Texas-based firm’s approval follows that of HCI-owned Tailrow Insurance in April.
