Australian P&C broking platform Steadfast Group has confirmed its intentions to acquire a US intermediary as part of its expansion plans in the country.

Steadfast founder and CEO Robert Kelly said on a call with analysts that “we had six targets to look at over the last two years” but those have been narrowed to a couple.
