Improved profitability supports a stable outlook for reinsurers, with rates set to rise even further, according to Moody’s.

In its latest Global Reinsurance Outlook, the ratings agency said reinsurers had improved the risk/return dynamics in property reinsurance by hiking rates, introducing higher attachment points and tightening other terms and conditions.
