AssuredPartners is suing Alliant and five former AP executives, accusing them of violating their restrictive covenants and soliciting its clients.

The Orlando, Florida-based brokerage filed a complaint last week in a South Carolina court, saying the clients being solicited — which are based in the state — represent over $8mn in annual revenue.
