Gallagher has appointed Alex Vullo as head of its marine protection and indemnity insurance practice.

Vullo, who will now report to Jonathan Suckling, CEO of marine, art and specie for Gallagher Specialty, will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the practice and leading the firm's growth in the market.
