At-Bay and Relay: Cyber MGA At-Bay is exploring strategic options for its digital placement platform Relay around 13 months after acquiring it, Inside P&C has learned. A spokesperson for At-Bay acknowledged that the company is in discussions with potential partners but said that Relay is not for sale. In a statement, the spokesperson said: “We are in discussions with potential partners to support Relay’s mission to digitize the quoting process.”
