The head of underwriting at Corvus has highlighted a Dear CEO letter sent by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which spelled out the regulator's concerns that “uncertain cyber policy wordings may result in firms not meeting customers’ needs”.

Matthew Waller said that Corvus welcomed the FCA's letter calling for clear policy wordings and that customers understand the coverage they are buying.
