Marsh has appointed Michael Pellegrini as head of specialty for the US and Canada markets.

Pellegrini succeeds Michelle Sartain, who was promoted to US and Canada president earlier this year as Pat Donnelly took over as Marsh specialty president after the departure of Lucy Clarke to WTW.
