Lockton is suing WTW over the departure of two Dallas executives who recently moved to the rival broker’s corporate risk and broking group.

Kenneth Gould and Frank Scardino resigned “effective immediately” in early October to join WTW instead of attending Lockton’s annual Growth Forum and forewent a contractually required 30-day notice period, according to a court filing.
