Dual North America has sued three former executives on its transaction solutions team that left to start their own agency, accusing them of causing $15mn in damages to the firm following their departures.

In a complaint filed with the Southern District Court of New York last week, the Howden-owned MGA claimed that the senior executives engaged in misconduct that “sabotaged” the business while they were still employed at Dual.
