RLI COO Jennifer Klobnak said the Hawaii wildfires are not expected to have a huge impact on its reinsurance renewal process.

The event cost the carrier $66mn, including $14mn related to reinstatement premiums on its catastrophe treaties. This was at the lower end of its initial estimate of $65mn-$75mn in August.
